FAQ

Everything about ordering custom poly bags — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 500 pieces for resealable, self-seal, and hang-hole poly bags. Smaller runs of header card bags can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for apparel brands, e-commerce fulfillment centers, and retailers.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical bag before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Resealable Poly Bag for one SKU and a Header Card Poly Bag for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, size, and mil specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both film tint and print so your poly bags match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each bag?
Yes for larger custom projects — send a spreadsheet of SKUs, names, or variable text. This is popular for multi-product launches; ask about setup for variable printing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, and slightly longer for header card bags with custom compliance printing.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm launch or fulfillment deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Poly bags are light for their size, so bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do poly bags cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.06 to $0.20 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, size, mil thickness, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors are available?
Clear, White, Frosted, Black, and custom Pantone-matched print, across resealable, self-seal, boutique, hang-hole, and header card styles.
Is the printing really permanent?
Yes. Flexo printing bonds into the film rather than sitting on top of it, so it resists scuffing, rubbing, and light moisture through normal handling and shipping.
What are the bags made of?
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film, 1.5 to 3 mil depending on the style, chosen for flexibility, puncture resistance, and cost efficiency at scale.
How do I care for or store them?
Store flat in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, which can degrade LDPE film over long periods. Once filled, treat as you would any shipping or retail packaging.
